The Horizon Plus Fund + takes advantage of changes introduced by the UK regulator (FCA) and the launch of standard primary residence mortgage products for customers over the age of 50.

.Horizon Plus Fund is managed by Mansard Capital Management Limited and is a sub-fund of Mansard Capital Sicav p.l.c. a collective investment scheme established as a multi-fund investment company with variable share capital (SICAV) incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Malta and licensed by the MFSA as a professional investor fund targeting qualifying investors only.

The demand for retirement lending products, is expected to increase and drive penetration as more retirees need additional sources of income to pay for their health and lifestyle choices, especially given shrinking pension pots in the wake of dwindling membership of defined benefit schemes and low yields on their savings.

Investing via Horizon Plus provides security over the home loans issued by LiveMore Capital, the mortgage originator, and also has corporate collateral of the asset backed business, if needed.

Investors receive a return linked to the issuance of mortgages and participate in the profit of selling pools of mortgages to institutional investors.
